What I would like to know is why it is considered ok for a “leader” to blame and employee. Just because you state you’re not responsible, it doesn’t mean you’re not accountable. Skin in the game, folks. And no, posing for someone else or hiding your real motives is not an acceptable form of engagement here or anywhere.
