		<description>With you on this.  Still a lot of juice left in authentic communication from a CEO, for instance.  Also wish I had the benefit of blogs when I ran an international sales organization. You&#039;re on target with the benefit to customer relationships, and I wonder if there is a coming innovation that links those CRM thingies with blogging, mini-blogging and the dynamic and scary other parts of the social media world...</description>
