In designing the system, we tried to come from the customer&#039;s point-of-view, but deliver goodness to both the customer AND the brand or organization that is sponsoring the Ventana.  So...to the &quot;is it a CRM&quot; question, we tried to look at all the pillars of CRM (marketing, sales, support) from the other end of the telescope.

Is it some kind of shopping system, does it deliver ads, or is it a CRM solution?
