Thanks for the kind words and great review!  (It&#039;s a real honor coming from the author of &quot;Now is Gone.&quot;)  Your comment re, blogs and social networks is helpful, by the way.  At the time we wrote a lot of the book the case studies about FB, etc were not as prevalent as they are now (especially in regards to Twitter).  Our hope is that the paradigm of thought regarding corporate transparency we introduced/focused on has the evergreen impetus to show organizations how to get started in the arena in a safe but proactive way whatever the medium.
