		<description>Thanks for writing about my post regarding Social Media Engagement, Geoff.   

I&#039;ll tell you - that musician in the subway car last Thursday was good ... but when a woman from the other side of the car (who turned out to be his girlfriend) started singing along with him ...that took me totally by surprise - and I got engaged - a lot more than I would have, otherwise.

And the music was good  - good enough to be on Leno or Letterman  - to be honest.

The blog commenting platform I referred to in my post is QWidget, by the way, see http://www.webmetricsguru.com/archives/2008/12/qwidget-creates-visitor-engagement/  and I&#039;m meeting with the creator of QWidget today, for lunch.

As soon as I can get QWidget on my blogs, I&#039;m so there.

And as far as engagement - we&#039;ve all got to raise our game - we can&#039;t just put out the usual gruel and expect people are going to get all hot over it - we have to do more - because people expect more, now.</description>
