right on brothers and sisters. I will continue to say this because I believe it is the foundation of the social web. <a href="http://www.providentpartners.net/blog/index.php/2007/11/16/social-media-is-a-movement-a-people-place-not-a-marketplace/" rel="nofollow"> Social media is more a movement than a market. </a>

The power of information and association is what will help the oppressed, shed light on injustice, and raise funds to increase the chances that these and other worthy causes will be successful.

Those who believe the same as you and your colleagues on this program, and those that believe social media is more dynamic that just another marketing tool, must continue to weave humanity into the web. Only then will what we are participating in today create a better life for others tomorrow.

All the best.

Hi Geoff, This is such an important point, and I am glad, you put it so well. Besides, we should look at networks as aggregates of millions of years of experience & wisdom and find ways to leverage it for the greater good. Infact, I have just started a social venture, with such an objective. My views on the topic @ www.walkontangent.com Cheers!
