		<description>Geoff, thanks for adding this line: &quot;The truth is that you really don’t know what’s going to create the ultimate viral campaign.&quot; I swear, if one more person at work says, &quot;Let&#039;s create a viral campaign&quot; somebody is going to get shot (not literally :) I agree that a certain level of WOM is the key to any campaign, whether new/social/digital media, print, TV, whatever. I have my group of influencers (friends and trusted cohorts) and when they talk, I&#039;ll take notice.</description>
