    As companies begin treating customers as “individuals” and not “transactions,” their ROI will increase because brand loyalists spend more money and have fewer problems. So, companies treat customers better, and are rewarded in return. It’s really an ideal situation.

    I have to say my favorite part of your post was – treating customers as “individuals” and not “transactions”. It’s so imperative and yet many companies don’t seem to “get” it. Thanks for sharing this Priya and all that you learned!
